Terms: This warranty is issued by United States Roofing and/or URSCT and is only valid when accompanied by a contract that has been signed by or has a computerized signature done by an authorized representative of United States Roofing Inc., and/or USRCT Inc. This warranty period will commence on the date that the contract between (Purchaser) and United States Roofing Inc., and/or USRCT Inc., is/was signed and accepted by the (purchaser). The length of this warranty may vary depending on trade. The length of the warranty coverage will be detailed on the (Contract) and will range between 30 days and 50 years. If the contract does not detail a warranty, USR does not in any way warrant or guarantee the workmanship of the project. This warranty may be updated and/or changed by USR at anytime, but USR will honor warranty as it appears on (purchaser) printed copy. For this reason we ask that (Purchaser) print a current copy at the time of signing work contract and keep copy filed with work contract. If (Purchaser) does not provide USR with a copy of this warranty USR will follow the guidelines of the most currently updated warranty as it appears on our website.

This warranty is only transferable if noted in writing and signed by a authorized representative of United States Roofing and/or USRCT.

The definition of the terms used in this warranty are as follows:
USR: is defined as United States Roofing and/or USRCT.
Purchaser: is defined as the person who signed the contract for services that must accompany this warranty.
Contract: is defined as the service contract agreed on between United States Roofing and the Purchaser. Information on the contract will be used as though it and the warranty are the same document.

Warranty Coverage:
United States Roofing ("USR") hereby guarantees (Purchaser) that the construction project performed on (Contract Property) located at (Contract Address) to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of (Contract Term) from the date of (Purchaser) acceptance date detailed on the (Contract). In the case that problems or defects do arise, (USR) agrees to repair or replace the designated problems or defects at no cost to the (Purchaser).

This Standard Warranty applies and is limited as follows:
1. To the property only as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner
named above. Unless otherwise noted in writing.
2. To the construction work that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse.
3. To only the exact area where the work has been performed.
4. USR shall be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first
knowledge of defect by owner or his agent.
5. USR shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or
corrections to the defective construction at no cost to owner within a reasonable period
of time.
6. Under no circumstances shall (USR) be liable by virtue of this warranty or
otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect,
secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of a workmanship defect, use or inability to use because of the construction or workmanship defect. This line item also applies to ice damming, as (USR) does not guarantee against prevention of, or repair of damage caused by any form of ice damming.
7. USR is not responsible and will not be liable for any damages caused by an act of god that would otherwise be covered under homeowners insurance.

By accepting the attached (Contract) an authorized representative of (USR) agrees that the property belonging to (Purchaser) located at (Contract address) in the city of (Contract City) was or will be completed as per the standards practices of United States Roofing and agrees to warrant the project as detailed in the above terms. This warranty is not valid unless accompanied by the original contract.
