United States Roofing Inc. is a Virginia corporation based in the Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. metro area. We also have local branches set up to run operations in several other states. We specialize in all forms of residential and commercial roofing, as well as flat roofing, siding, windows, gutters and hail damage replacement and repair.

All company staff are set up on an internet database that can be accessed anywhere in the United States at any time. All files, estimating software, schedules, etc. are managed through this online database which all staff is trained in dealing with in the exact same manner. All calls run through one of two main call centers located in either Virginia or New York. Calls can then be transferred to local branches, salesman, managers, and production staff. This way, all customers can call one toll free number and talk to staff from any of our local offices, at anytime, anywhere in the country. We also have a call tracking system in place that allows us to track any customer comments, requests, or complaints while logging the responses of the company staff assigned to them. This helps us to determine who is, or is not living up to our company expectations. Everything runs through one main database and is overseen by our president and his staff out of our main office in Northern Virginia.

This way of doing business opened the door for us to develop USRCT (United States Roofing Catastrophe Team) Inc. USRCT is an emergency response team developed and trained to assist local United States Roofing offices and local homeowners throughout the United States. They specialize in repairing hail damage and/or storm damage sustained during a weather catastrophe. USRCT is a professionally organized network-based-mobile team that is capable of setting up a fully-staffed and functional local office anywhere in the United States within 72 hours of a weather catastrophe. If required, they are capable of completing up to 100 hail damage and/or storm damage replacement/repair projects per day.
